Terms And Conditions
The specified obligations of the seller regarding the warranty period of the goods apply only to those purchased directly from the seller. The seller does not bear any responsibility for the quality of similar goods presented on the website purchased by the buyer from other retail operators.
The warranty period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods after payment.
In the event of purchasing a product with defects or with significant defects related to the quality, completeness, packaging or other non-compliance of the goods with the mandatory requirements of the law and/or the purchase and sale agreement, as well as non-compliance with the stated purposes of its use, the buyer has the right to make appropriate claims to the seller during the warranty period established for this product and demand, at his own discretion:
- free elimination of defects;
- proportionate reduction in price;
- replacement of defective goods with similar goods;
- termination of the contract of sale of goods with return of funds paid to the seller.
The seller is obliged to settle all claims of the buyer regarding the transaction within the timeframes established by the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:
- replace the goods – 7 days;
- terminate the purchase and sale agreement and return the money – 10 days;
- rectify the defects – 45 days.
Return and exchange of other goods of proper quality is possible only on condition that it has not been used, the presentation, packaging and consumer properties are preserved. The following are an exception (i.e. are not accepted for return):
- liquids and components for self-mixing;
- tanks, drippers, replaceable cartridges and other evaporators;
- disposable electronic cigarettes;
- accessories and other related paraphernalia;
- products that have failed due to the user’s fault as a result of improper use (including leaking atomizers and malfunctioning batteries).
